What's On

Welcome

Welcome to St John’s Lutheran Church, Tea Tree Gully.  We serve the community in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia.

Our purpose is ‘Following Jesus and Making Disciples by Connecting, Growing, Equipping and Sending’.

At St John’s we are an intergenerational congregation that intentionally cultivates relationships with those we encounter as a basis for leading them to a relationship with God.

About Us

St John’s Lutheran Church Tea Tree Gully has been active in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide for over 60 years.  We are part of a bigger church family, the Lutheran Church of Australia.  Together we want to be a place where love comes to life.  We believe that God’s love is for everyone everywhere and we want you to see how his love comes to life in us – and in you.

We hope our website is helpful to get an idea of who we are and we encourage you to come along to one of our services or activities and experience our community firsthand.

Acknowledgment of Land
St John’s Lutheran Church Tea Tree Gully acknowledges that our loving creator God first gave the land on which we are placed to the peoples of the First Nations, who have walked and cared for this land since before recorded time. We thank God for the land’s Traditional Custodians and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We commit ourselves to working towards reconciliation in this land, bound together by the Spirit.
